2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use AuditSupplier for personal and commercial supplier verification purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• Modify or copy the intelligence materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in AuditSupplier
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Availability

AuditSupplier strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Report Accuracy

While we use AI and official data sources to provide comprehensive supplier verification reports, AuditSupplier does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information in reports. Reports are provided 'as is' for informational purposes only.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. Protocol termination can be executed at any point.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuditSupplier or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials.
