The terms governing accounts, reports, billing, and use of AuditSupplier.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
AuditSupplier is a supplier-research and risk-assessment service. The seller legal name, tax address, and VAT identifier still require operator confirmation; public paid onboarding therefore remains disabled until those details appear at checkout and on invoices.
Reports are decision-support tools, not fraud guarantees or substitutes for legal, financial, or on-site due diligence.
No risk score or PDF is published when available evidence cannot support the exact legal identity and score-bearing claims.
The service reserves an entitlement when a job starts. It captures that entitlement exactly once only for a publishable report, and automatically releases it when evidence is insufficient or processing fails.
AuditSupplier retains rights in the platform, software, and methodology. Account data and supplier inputs are handled under the published Privacy Policy and retention terms.
We do not promise uninterrupted operation or complete external-source coverage. To the extent permitted by law, AuditSupplier is not responsible for procurement decisions or indirect losses caused by reliance on a report.
